Basic Mixing Method for Compound Alkali
Compound alkali needs to be mixed according to water quality characteristics. Generally, the following is recommended:
Slightly polluted water (pH<6): Dilute at a ratio of 0.5-1 kg/m³
Moderately polluted water (pH<5): Mix at a ratio of 1-2 kg/m³
Heavily polluted water (pH<4): Small-scale testing is required to determine the dosage.
Wastewater Treatment Dosing Techniques
Stage Dosing: Add 60% of the total amount first, wait 30 minutes, and then add the remaining amount.
Stirring and Dissolving: Use a mechanical stirrer at 60-80 rpm to mix thoroughly.
Monitoring and Adjustment: Check the pH value 15 minutes after each addition.
Safety Operating Points
Wear protective gloves and goggles.
Avoid direct contact with acidic substances.
Keep the storage environment dry and well-ventilated.
The water temperature during dissolution should not exceed 40℃.
