Our Ultrafine dolomite powder is a refined mineral product developed for high-end industrial filler fields. Produced from high-whiteness and high-purity premium dolomite ore through wet grinding + multi-stage air classification processes, its median particle size can be controlled within 10μm with narrow particle size distribution and extremely few large particles. It features large specific surface area, good dispersibility and moderate oil absorption value. Different from ordinary fine ground products, Ultrafine dolomite powder can be better integrated into polymer systems to improve surface smoothness, dimensional stability and mechanical properties of finished products. Meanwhile, its natural composite calcium-magnesium components can endow products with certain flame retardant and smoke suppression effects, making it an ideal functional filler for high-end coatings, plastics and rubber products. Our Ultrafine dolomite powder can provide different fineness specifications from 1000 mesh to 2500 mesh to accurately match performance demands of various downstream industries.

Application Fields

 

High-end Coatings

Used as functional body filler in water-based latex paint, industrial topcoat and powder coating to improve flatness, scrub resistance and weather resistance of paint films. Ultrafine particles enhance suspension stability of coatings to reduce precipitation and stratification, and high whiteness can assist in lifting hiding power of paint films.

Modified Plastics

Added to resins such as PVC, PE and PP as ultrafine filling modifier to raise product rigidity, dimensional stability and thermal deformation temperature. Uniform dispersion of ultrafine particles will not affect surface smoothness of finished products, and partial light calcium carbonate can be replaced to cut costs.

Applied in sealing parts, rubber rollers and high-grade rubber products to exert dual functions of reinforcement and filling, boosting tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance of rubber compounds while improving rubber processing performance.

The conventional package is 20kg laminated paper-plastic composite bags lined with double-layer PE moisture-proof film with sealed treatment at sealing openings. Bulk purchases can adopt moisture-proof bulk bags with inner lining and built-in discharge outlets for dust-free feeding convenience. During transportation, full coverage with moisture-proof tarpaulins is adopted, and mixing with damp and polluting goods is prohibited to ensure products remain dry and free of agglomeration upon arrival at customers' hands. For feeding difficulties of ultrafine powder, we can also provide supporting pneumatic conveying scheme suggestions to optimize customers' feeding experience.
