Micronized Dolomite Powder

We present micronized dolomite powder, a product that represents the culmination of our technical expertise. We use advanced ultra-fine ring roller mills and air classification technology to process low-iron dolomite into a micronized powder with a tightly controlled particle size distribution.

Our factory operates 6 automated production lines with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons. Our R&D team, including 9 senior engineers, continuously optimizes the grinding process.

We select high-quality, low-iron dolomite ore to ensure raw material purity. We strictly follow the GB/T 3286-2012 standard to maintain a stable calcium oxide (CaO) content of 31.5% ± 1.5%. We guarantee a magnesium oxide (MgO) content of ≥ 20.5%, a key indicator of dolomite quality.

 

We control iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) content to the photovoltaic glass grade (≤ 0.008%) and offer an ultra-white glass grade (≤ 0.005%) to meet the most demanding light transmission requirements.

Micronized dolomite powder is ideal for high-end applications such as electronic glass, pharmaceutical glass, and high-grade coatings.

The main particle size range (8–120 mesh) accounts for ≥95% of the product, ensuring excellent uniformity. We ensure that no coarse particles are present, which is essential for micronized materials.

For photovoltaic glass applications, we ensure that no particles exceed 16 mesh. We also precisely control the proportion of ultra-fine particles below 200 mesh according to customer requirements.

We support custom gradation and can supply single-grade micronized products such as 16–40 mesh, 40–80 mesh, or 80–120 mesh.
