We offer Quicklime Powder. This product reflects our pursuit of "high purity" and "high activity." We use special high-grade, high-calcium limestone as the raw material. It is processed through high-temperature calcination and fine grinding.

The table below presents our two high-purity grades. Both have an effective calcium content of ≥90%, which is higher than standard construction-grade lime.

 

The 200 mesh grade is a general-purpose high-efficiency product suitable for stirred reactor systems.


The 325 mesh grade is an ultra-fine, fast-dissolving type with a surface area approximately 40% larger, designed for rapid reaction applications such as dry desulfurization.

 

Our Quicklime Powder is designed for demanding industrial uses.

Our Quicklime Powder offers several outstanding advantages.

 

The high purity (≥90% effective calcium) allows for a 10–15% reduction in dosage compared with products containing 80–85% CaO.

 

This results in less waste and more efficient reactions.

 

Two fineness grades are available to meet different application requirements. The low impurity content (acid insoluble ≤2%) reduces slag formation in metallurgical processes and minimizes side reactions in chemical synthesis.
