Product Introduction

Ultra-Fine and High-Performance for Coating Formulations

We offer limestone powder for paint, developed with a focus on ultra-fine particle size and high performance. We use high-quality limestone as the raw material. It is processed through crushing, grinding, and fine classification. This is an ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate product.

Our factory operates 6 automated production lines with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons. Our R&D team includes 9 senior engineers specializing in ultra-fine powder grinding technology. We are not just a supplier-we are a partner in optimizing your coating formulations. Our limestone powder for paint is a high-performance product designed for demanding coating applications.

Key Specifications and Superior Quality

We maintain strict quality control throughout the production process to ensure stable chemical composition and excellent physical properties. The table below shows our key specifications.

The calcium carbonate content ranges from 95.0% to 98.0%. Whiteness ranges from 65% to 75%. The median particle size (D50) varies depending on mesh size. The residue on a 45 μm sieve is very low. Our limestone powder for paint is designed for demanding coating applications.

Ideal for Various Paint Systems

Our limestone powder for paint is widely used in the coatings industry.

For interior and exterior latex paints, 800–1250 mesh products can be added at 20%–40% to improve suspension, leveling, and workability.

For industrial primers and anti-corrosion coatings, 800 mesh products act as a functional filler, enhancing film thickness and mechanical strength.

For powder coatings, 1000–1250 mesh products with a narrow particle size distribution provide improved flow and leveling performance.

For wood coatings and varnishes, 1250 mesh ultra-fine powder is used for matting and improving surface feel.

We provide free samples of up to 5 kg for testing. Standard orders are shipped within 3–5 working days after receiving the deposit.
