Our Building grade calcined lime powder is produced from high-quality limestone from our own mines as raw material, processed through high-temperature shaft kiln calcination and fine grinding classification. It has stable core effective calcium oxide content and moderate activity, and is a special calcium cementitious raw material for the construction engineering field. Our Building grade calcined lime powder optimizes particle size and activity for construction scenarios, with good workability and moderate setting and hardening speed after being prepared into mortar. It can effectively improve mortar strength and water resistance, and also improve soil stability, making it a basic functional material in roads, infrastructure and building construction.

Different from ordinary building lime, our Building grade calcined lime powder adopts staged calcination process to ensure low under-burning and over-burning rate and high effective calcium utilization rate, which can exert cementing effect uniformly in building systems and avoid local uneven strength. We control quality throughout the whole process from raw ore to finished products to ensure stable performance of each batch, adapting to various construction specifications and process requirements, and is a stable supply product for major infrastructure projects and building material manufacturers.

● Masonry and plastering mortar: Prepare building lime mortar to improve mortar workability and water retention, and enhance wall bonding strength.

● Road subgrade stabilization: Used for water-stabilized layer of highways and municipal roads, react with soil to improve base strength and water damage resistance.

● Autoclaved aerated concrete: Participate in hydration reaction as calcium raw material to produce aerated concrete blocks and plates, reduce self-weight and improve thermal insulation.

● Lime-soil cushion and foundation treatment: Prepare 3:7 lime-soil for building foundation cushion to improve foundation bearing capacity and stability.

We own our own high-calcium limestone mines, supported by three large-scale environmental protection calcining kilns, with sufficient annual production capacity of Building grade calcined lime powder, which can stably guarantee continuous large-scale supply for large infrastructure projects, commercial mixing stations and building material factories. The production process adopts automatic batching and calcination control to ensure stable activity and content of each batch; meanwhile, we have a building material testing room to test key indicators such as available calcium, fineness and activity batch by batch, ensuring products meet construction standards and adapt to various engineering scenarios.

We have established a special quality control system for building-grade products, and organize production in strict compliance with JC/T 479-2013 standard. At the mine end, we prefer high-calcium special ore layers for construction; during calcination, kiln temperature and calcination time are monitored in real time to control under-burning and over-burning rate; at the finished product stage, effective calcium content, fineness and activity are tested batch by batch to ensure small performance fluctuation between batches. Factory inspection reports can be provided with the goods, and third-party re-inspection is supported to meet the requirements of project acceptance and quality access of building material enterprises.

In view of the characteristics of bulk procurement in the construction industry, we provide a variety of packaging and transportation solutions: small batches are packaged in 25kg woven bags for convenient on-site manual handling; bulk engineering procurement can choose 500-1000kg ton bags or bulk tank truck transportation to reduce loading and unloading costs. Products are stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture failure; tarpaulins are covered throughout transportation to prevent rain and dust. Delivery can be arranged directly to the construction site according to the project schedule to ensure construction progress.
